Rafael Ibáñez

Before taking part in Huertas Montané Abogados he was member of Cortada Advocats firm in which he joined in the year 2002 where he led the procedural civil and mercantile department.

Previously, he was the person in charge of the labour department in Despatx Pibernat-Bartes and there took part in the procedural - civil and labour department of Roca Junyent Advocats Associats.

His professional practice has included different law areas in which stand out the procedural one, the mercantile one, the civilian as well as the labour one and the insolvency, including:

- Advice in contractual matter, including the review and elaboration of multiple types of contracts.
- Presentation and processing all kinds of private and mercantile prosecutions.
- Advice to regulate multinational societies of different sectors, such as the textile, metallurgical sector, offices of change, etc.
- Presentation and processing all kinds of labour demands (dismissals, quantities, challenging sanctions, pensions of invality, widowhood, etc.)
